When is someone going to sign Jagr?

We will know on October 5th where Jagr is going to sign, according to his agent.
Jagr is still a very, very effective NHL player. His underlying numbers prove it, and he certainly passes the eye test. Every team in the league would benefit from adding Jagr on a reasonable deal. I think teams are hesitating because Jagr is slow, and the Penguins won the Cup with speed. I think it would be a damn shame if Jagr ends up playing in the KHL next season. Jagr should be able to find an NHL roster spot as long as he wants to. His play certainly is still good enough to help out any team’s offense, especially on the power play.
